Vehicle Wraps FAQ

Your questions, answered by experts with 40 years of combined experience.
Do I need any special insurance for a wrapped vehicle?

No. A vehicle wrap is considered a temporary advertisement, not a permanent modification. You should, however, notify your insurance agent of the wrap. It often adds negligible cost to your policy.

Do you offer partial wraps or graphics?

We do. We offer a full range of solutions, from full wraps to partial wraps, decals and spot graphics, tailored to your budget and marketing goals.

How much does a commercial vehicle wrap cost?

Cost is determined by the size and complexity of the vehicle, the design, and the materials. A full wrap can range from $3,500 for a van to $8,000+ for a large box truck. We provide detailed, upfront quotes after an initial consultation. Remember, this is a long-term investment, not just a cost.

Can you match my company's specific brand colors?

Yes, precisely. With our advanced color management systems and deep expertise in color science, we can digitally match any Pantone (PMS) color or brand standard to ensure total consistency across your entire fleet.

What is laminate and why is it important?

Laminate is a clear, protective layer applied over the printed vinyl. It is non-negotiable for a commercial wrap. It protects the ink from UV fading, scratching and harsh weather, ensuring your investment looks brilliant for years.

What kind of vinyl do you use?

We exclusively use cast vinyl films from industry leaders like 3M™ and Avery Dennison™. Cast vinyl is more durable, conformable and longer-lasting than cheaper calendared vinyl, making it the only choice for a professional, long-term commercial application.

Can you wrap any vehicle?

Yes. From compact cars and service vans to semi-trucks, box trucks and construction equipment, our team has the expertise to handle vehicles of all shapes and sizes.

What is your design process?

Our process is collaborative and strategic:

  1. Consultation: We discuss your brand, goals and target audience.
  2. Concept & Design: Our designers create a concept that is bold, legible and effective on a moving canvas.
  3. Review & Revise: You review the design, and we refine it until it's perfect.
  4. Production & Installation: We print, laminate and install with precision.
How long does it take to wrap a vehicle?

The timeline varies by vehicle size and complexity. A standard van or box truck typically takes 2-3 days from start to finish. This includes design proofing, production and a meticulous installation. For large fleets, we create a phased rollout schedule to minimize your downtime.

Will a wrap damage my vehicle's original paint?

No. A high-quality wrap will protect your factory paint from UV fading and minor abrasion. When it's time to remove the wrap, if it's done by professionals using the correct techniques, it will come off cleanly, revealing the preserved paint underneath.

How do I clean and maintain my wrapped vehicle?

It's simple. Hand wash with a mild soap and water solution and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid high-pressure washes (especially within the first two weeks and directly on the seams) and harsh, abrasive or citrus-based cleaners. Avoid automatic car washes with stiff brushes.

How long will a commercial vehicle wrap last?

A professionally designed and installed wrap using premium materials (like 3M or Avery) typically lasts 5 to 7 years. The lifespan depends on factors like climate, sun exposure and how well you maintain it. We warranty our work and the materials against lifting, bubbling, and premature fading.

Are vehicle wraps only for large fleets?

Absolutely not. While we specialize in scaling for large fleets, a single wrapped service van, delivery car or CEO vehicle can have a massive impact on a local business's visibility and credibility.

What's the typical return on investment (ROI) for a wrapped vehicle?

The ROI is exceptional. Studies show that a single wrapped vehicle can generate between 30,000 to 70,000 impressions daily. When you compare the one-time cost of a wrap to the recurring monthly costs of other advertising (like online ads or radio), most businesses find the wrap pays for itself within a year and then continues to generate value for years after.

How can a vehicle wrap benefit my business?

A vehicle wrap is your most cost-effective, perpetual advertising asset. Unlike digital ads that disappear or billboards you rent, your fleet works for you 24/7. It builds brand recognition, projects professionalism and can generate hundreds of daily impressions for just pennies per mile.
